Accounts

• Sign in with your own mobile number or Google account and keep access to it private. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• Give accurate details, including a guardian’s number we can reach.
• New accounts are student accounts. Staff access is given only by the centre.
• We may pause an account that is misused, and we will tell you or your guardian why.

Enrolment and fees

• A request made on the website is confirmed only when the centre admits you, usually after the first payment.
• Fees, discounts and due dates are those agreed at admission and shown on your receipt. A coupon applies only to the courses it names and until it expires.
• Every payment gets a numbered receipt. Keep it; ask the centre about any difference.
• Refunds, batch changes and missed classes are handled by the centre case by case. Ask before you pay if you are unsure.

Classes, exams and conduct

• Batch seats are limited and class times can change; we will let you know by SMS or announcement.
• Your ID card is personal. Do not lend it: it records your attendance. Ask for a replacement if it is lost.
• Be respectful to teachers, staff and other students, in the centre and online.

Course materials

Recorded classes, lecture sheets, question banks and other materials are for your own study. Do not copy, share, sell or upload them elsewhere. Free lessons on this site may be watched by anyone.

Messages and calls

By joining, you and your guardian agree to receive SMS messages and automated calls about sign-in, attendance, results, fees and centre notices. See our privacy policy for how we handle your information.

The website

We work to keep the website available and accurate, but it may sometimes be unavailable or contain mistakes. The centre’s own records are final for fees, attendance and results.
